A Hurricane for the Hurricanes! Tonight’s cocktail is a little nod to Carolina hockey, with rum, bright citrus, and passion fruit bringing a taste of New Orleans to game night.
It’s fruity, sweet, and a little tart, with plenty of rum behind those tropical flavors. Traditionally served in a Hurricane glass, it works just as well in a roomy goblet like the one I used. Use what you have—that’s part of the fun of making good drinks at home.
