Around here, there’s no judgment about the bottle on your shelf, the glass you’re using, or whether your garnish looks anything like the picture. You don’t need the “right” brand or a perfectly stocked bar to make something good.
I’m a big fan of using what you have on hand. Sometimes a substitution leads to a new favorite. Sometimes…it definitely doesn’t. That’s part of the fun.
You’ll find cocktails, mocktails, coffee and other drinks worth pouring, along with recipes, ideas and plenty of experimenting along the way. Perfection isn’t required. Curiosity helps.
